Global Horizons Event
Wednesday 14th October | 1:30–3:30pm | Craiglockhart Campus
Calling all international students and student societies!
Join us for Global Horizons: International Festival, an afternoon celebrating the incredible diversity of cultures represented across our student community.
Are you passionate about your country, nationality or culture? This is your chance to share your culture, meet other international students and introduce more students to your society!
You can get involved by hosting:
- A cultural stall, similar to the Welcome Fair
- A performance or interactive activity
- A film screening or book talk
- Arts and crafts
- Food and cultural traditions
- Or any other creative activity that celebrates your culture or society!
You don't have to be a cultural or international society to take part. Any society can join in and use the event as an opportunity to showcase what you do, connect with new students and grow your membership.
It's a great way to keep the momentum going after the start of term while creating a welcoming space for students from all backgrounds.
£50 Funding Available
ENSA will provide £50 towards your stall or activity to help bring your idea to life!
Whether you're representing your home country, celebrating a particular culture or simply looking for a fun and interactive way to introduce your society to new students, we'd love to have you involved.
Come along, get involved and help us celebrate the cultures that make our student community so diverse!
